Research service only

PayDirt Props provides sports research, analytics, probability estimates, market context, historical results, and related tools. PayDirt is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not guarantee outcomes or profits.

No financial or wagering advice

All information is provided for research and entertainment purposes. You are responsible for your own decisions, for confirming current sportsbook prices and rules, and for complying with all laws and age requirements that apply where you live.

Accounts and memberships

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Paid memberships renew monthly unless you cancel through your PayDirt membership page or Stripe billing portal.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation turns off renewal and your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. PayDirt does not provide prorated refunds for unused time. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a material service issue, contact support within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request fairly.

Data and model limitations

Sports schedules, injuries, lineups, weather, markets, prices, player identities, and source data can change or be delayed. Model outputs are estimates, not certainties. PayDirt may label information as pending, stale, projected, frozen, or unavailable when the underlying evidence is incomplete.

Published records

PayDirt may preserve frozen published forecasts, ticket records, and outcomes to maintain an auditable performance history. Those records may differ from later live research as new information becomes available.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or redistribute proprietary data at scale, misuse another person's account, or use PayDirt in a way that violates law or harms the service.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. We may update, add, or remove functionality and may revise these terms as the product develops.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, PayDirt is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of guaranteed accuracy, availability, wagering success, or fitness for a particular purpose.
